Most CLUSE watches feature an easy-click mechanism, allowing you to swap straps in seconds without any tools. Simply slide the pin to release the current strap and click the new one into place.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Are CLUSE watches water-resistant?
Our watches typically have a water resistance rating of 3 ATM or 5 ATM. This means they are splash-proof and rain-proof, but we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or diving.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Europe usually takes 2-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-10 business days. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
